1. Orders and Agreements
A purchase agreement is entered when we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to decline orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK including VAT unless otherwise stated. We offer various payment options including card payment and invoice for business customers.
3. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on product availability. Fresh products are shipped with temperature-controlled transport. We always communicate expected delivery times at order confirmation.
4. Product Quality
Our products are made fresh and have limited shelf life. Best before dates are clearly marked on all products. Please store according to product instructions.
5. Returns and Complaints
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if products are damaged or defective. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any issues.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers, 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to distance selling regulations. This does not apply to perishable food products.
